🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke outside but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
🔑 Check-In – Upon arrival, please call 910-280-4409 to receive your key and final check-in details.
🚮 Trash Disposal – Place all bagged trash in the Tedder Solutions red trash can located by the driveway.
🚗 Parking – Please park on the gravel area only. This helps maintain cleanliness inside the home by reducing dirt and mud tracked indoors.
🕒 Quiet Hours – Out of respect for the peaceful neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
🐾 No Indoor Pets – We kindly ask that pets not be brought inside the home.
